Beef Ordering & Payment Information

• 1/8 Beef — $500 down payment
• 1/4 Beef — $500 down payment
• 1/2 Beef — $1,000 down payment
• Whole Beef — $1,000 down payment

Your down payment reserves your portion of beef. All down payments and payments made toward your beef are NONREFUNDABLE, except for an overpayment resulting from the final hanging-weight calculation. By placing an order and making your down payment, you are committing to purchase the portion of beef you reserved.

At checkout, you may pay your required down payment in full or use Afterpay to split the down payment into 4 payments. After the initial down payment has been completed, you can make additional payments leading up to processing through our secure Square payment page. This allows you to pay toward your beef over time instead of being responsible for one large lump-sum payment once the final hanging weight is known. You may also choose to pay your remaining balance in full once the actual hanging weight is determined. All beef must be paid in full before pickup.

Because we will not know the exact hanging weight until processing, payment estimates will initially be based on:

• 1/8 Beef — 75 lbs estimated hanging weight
• 1/4 Beef — 150 lbs estimated hanging weight
• 1/2 Beef — 300 lbs estimated hanging weight
• Whole Beef — 600 lbs estimated hanging weight

These are estimated hanging weights only and are not guaranteed. Your final price will be calculated using the animal's actual hanging weight × the price per pound agreed upon when your order is placed.

Once we receive the official hanging weight from the processor, we will calculate your final purchase price and apply all payments you have already made. If your payments do not cover the final total, the remaining balance must be paid in full before pickup. If your payments exceed your final total because the actual hanging weight is lower than estimated, the overpaid amount will be refunded to you.

Pickup is available at Lopez Meat Market in Littlefield, Texas. Other pickup or delivery arrangements may be available through Ace Meats. Please contact us before placing your order if you need alternative arrangements.
